Under the SOCI Act, higher education and research is one of the 11 regulated critical infrastructure sectors. That means asset registration, a board-approved Critical Infrastructure Risk Management Program, and incident reporting to ASD within 12 hours for critical incidents. Very few onboarding products treat a university like regulated infrastructure; Blueprint does, because the law does.
