RORA Blueprint is operated by 10/10 Holdings Ltd (company number 16173478), trading as RORA, registered in England & Wales, acting as data controller for account data and data processor for client information you enter into the platform.
2. What we collect
Account details (name, work email, organisation), billing information processed by our payment provider, product usage data, and the content you enter to generate documents.
3. How we use it
To provide and improve the service, process payments, provide support, and send service communications. Intake data you enter is used only to generate your documents. Benchmark analytics are derived in anonymised, aggregated form - individual client data is never shared. We never sell your data.
4. AI processing
Document generation uses third-party AI providers under contractual terms that prohibit training on your data. Content is processed transiently to generate your documents.
5. Cookies
We use a minimal set of cookies: strictly necessary cookies for sign-in sessions and security. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
6. Retention and your rights
Data is retained while your account is active and deleted on verified request or account closure. Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal data.
