Terms of Service

1. The service
RORA Blueprint is documentation software provided by 10/10 Holdings Ltd (company number 16173478), trading as RORA, registered in England & Wales. It generates SOC onboarding, compliance, and maturity documentation from information you provide. It is not legal, regulatory, or security advice, and your account is responsible for reviewing the accuracy of generated documents before relying on them. Your data is stored on infrastructure located in the UK and EEA.
2. Accounts and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time and access continues until the end of the billing month. Annual plans may be cancelled with a pro-rata refund of the unused whole months remaining. Free trials do not require payment details and expire automatically. Founder and custom licences are governed by the specific terms agreed at purchase, which take precedence over the standard pricing terms where they differ.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of client information you enter and documents you generate - generated documents belong to your account. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the service. We derive anonymised, aggregated benchmark statistics from generation activity; these never contain client names or identifiable details and cannot be traced back to any account.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the service unlawfully, attempt to access other tenants' data, or resell access outside the terms of your plan. White-label rights apply only on plans that include them.
5. Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under English law.
