What's included in the free trial?

One complete onboarding. See every document your client would get, and exactly which tier includes each one. The free trial is the full product, not a cut-down demo. You get 1 client record, 1 full generation run, 3 gap analysis uploads and 1 scoping session over 14 days, with AI enhancement, the gap report, the meeting planner, the governance pack and scoping all switched on. Exports are watermarked during the trial, and every document you produce carries over when you subscribe.

What counts as an active client?

Accepted Answer

An active client is a client record with at least one intake or scoping session in the last 12 months. Dormant clients do not count towards your band.

How does overage billing work?

Accepted Answer

Each paid tier includes an active-client band. If you go over the band, extra active clients are billed monthly in arrears at your tier's rate: £12 per additional active client per month on Starter and Professional, and £11 per additional active client per month on Enterprise. Nothing is charged up front and dormant clients never count.

What happens when I reach my band limit?

Nothing blocks. Your work carries on uninterrupted. We warn you in-app when you reach 80% and again at 100% of your band, so you can decide whether to move up a tier or let overage apply.

I'm an existing customer. Does my price change?

Accepted Answer

No. Customers on the previous pricing keep their current pricing for 12 months from the change date, so there is no immediate impact on your bill.

How does white-labelling work?

On Enterprise and Platform you can apply your own logo and branding to generated documents and to the client review portal, so packs go out under your name rather than ours.

Can I customise the generated documents?

Yes. Every pack is calibrated to sector, sources, regulation and maturity, and you can edit content before export. Platform adds custom templates for repeatable house styles.

Is my data and benchmark information anonymised?

Yes. Maturity benchmarking uses anonymised, aggregated sector data. Your client data is never shared or exposed to other customers.

After each intake, the Advisor reviews the answers against a 64-document intelligence catalogue and recommends the specialist documents that fit, each with a personalised rationale. Enterprise includes 10 advisor generations a month and Platform is uncapped; Professional customers can purchase suggested documents individually from £35 to £65 per document.

Does it help after go-live?

Yes. Enterprise and Platform include a relationship layer: a branded welcome pack, a Day-1 baseline report, and 30/60/90-day check-ins scheduled automatically at go-live. Account managers get a health view per client with satisfaction pulses and one-click QBR packs. RORA Nexus handles live monitoring with breach and dark-web monitoring and AI-assisted triage.

Can I upgrade or cancel any time?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Monthly plans are billed monthly; annual plans run for the year with the saving applied up front.

How is add-on billing handled?

Enterprise includes one premium connector of your choice (ServiceNow, Salesforce or Azure DevOps), changeable once per billing period. Additional premium connectors are a flat £150/mo each, billed alongside your subscription. All premium connectors are already included on Platform.

Is Blueprint just a documentation tool?

No. Blueprint is the operations build platform: sales, SOC managers, detection engineers, incident responders, compliance and leadership all work one shared onboarding pipeline, from signed deal to running service. The documents matter because they are what the pipeline produces - playbooks, runbooks, detection sources, policies and SLAs, generated as the work happens rather than written up afterwards.
