Auto-Fill SOC Intake from Existing Documents
The first hour of every SOC onboarding is spent transcribing. The client sends an asset register, a spreadsheet of log sources, maybe a handover pack from their previous MSP - and someone on your team retypes it, field by field, into an intake form. It is slow, error-prone work that adds no value: the information already exists, it is just in the wrong shape.
RORA Blueprint removes that step. The new document auto-fill lets you upload an asset register, a source list, or a previous MSP handover document, and it reads what is there - organisation profile, environment technologies, candidate log sources - and pre-fills the intake for you. Every extracted value arrives with a confidence indicator and the exact quote it came from, so you can see precisely why the system suggested it.
Nothing is committed silently. The review screen groups extracted values by intake step and gives you Accept, Edit and Discard on each one, plus an Accept all high-confidence shortcut for the obvious matches. Candidate log sources feed straight into the smart source suggestions on the Sources step, badged so you always know what came from your upload and what you chose yourself.
Auto-fill sits alongside the full guided form and the new guided conversation mode - three ways into the same intake, so you can start from whatever you already have. The asset register you were about to retype is now a head start instead of a chore.
Document auto-fill and conversational intake are available on Professional and above. See it on your own client with the free demo.
